Who is RCY?

RCY, founded in 2000, is a one-stop PCB manufacturer with rich PCB production experience and leading process capabilities. We can produce PCB, flex PCB, rigid-flex PCB, and other special circuit boards. Our products are widely used in automotive, medical, consumer electronics, and other industries. What RCY can do?

RCY is a professional PCB manufacturer with leading process capability in the PCB, FPC, Rigid-Flex PCB, and PCBA fields. We deliver excellence, and make your product better.

 

What is the process of an order?

  1. Inquiry

  • You need to provide Gerber information, PCB requirements, and the quantity required. Then send us the RFQ.
  • After receiving your quotation request, we will provide you with a quotation within 12h.
  • If the price is confirmed OK, you need to place an order with us. Go to the next step.

  1. Establish cooperation

  • We will provide us with: business license, payment method, contact person, address to your company.
  • You need to provide: business license, contact person, delivery address to us.
  • After the file is created, your company will provide us with the order, and both parties will stamp and confirm it.

  1. EQ processing

  • We will download the Gerber file to the engineering department.
  • The project will provide EQ for your confirmation within 24H.
  • Your company emails back to us the result of EQ confirmation, we will make MI according to the content of EQ.

  1. Production

  • Before putting it into production, your company needs to prepay a certain percentage of the price to us (negotiation between the two parties)
  • The product is put into production

  1. Delivery

  • Before delivery, your company needs to pay us all the balance. We provide invoices to your company.
  • We will choose the corresponding shipping method according to the method negotiated with your company.
  1. The goods are confirmed and the transaction is completed.

 

What about the delivery?

1. Rigid PCB

Number of layers: 2L  4L  6L  8L  >10L
Sample delivery days: 5  6  7  8  9
Batch delivery days: 10  12  14  15  18

2. Rigid-flex board

Number of layers: 2L 4L 6L 8L ＞10L
Sample delivery days: 10 12 14 14 16
Batch delivery days: 14 14 16 18 20

Remarks:

1. A single process consumes too much PCB time, and the delivery time needs to be extended. For example, PCB with relatively large hole density, PCB with relatively long gong path.

2. PCBs with special technology needs to extend the delivery time. For example, half-hole plate +1 day, thick copper plate +1 day, laser drilling plate +2 days, resin plug hole plate +2 days, VCP electroplating fill-in +3 days, electric gold finger +2 days.

3. The above data is for reference only, the actual production cycle will fluctuate, and it needs to be calculated based on the comprehensive scheduling of factory orders.
